Argya Aulia Fauzandika provides Tilejoy: Piece by piece. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.
Tilejoy: Piece by piece works locally on your device. The app does not require an account or login, display advertisements, use analytics or tracking services, or upload your photos.
Any puzzle images, game progress, or preferences that the app saves are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this information through the app or store it on our servers.
If you choose a photo to create a puzzle, the app uses that photo to prepare and display the puzzle on your device. Your photo is not uploaded or shared with us.
Depending on your device and operating system, selecting a photo may use a system photo picker or require photo access permission. You can manage any granted permissions in your device settings. Removing permission may limit features that need access to your photos.
Information processed locally is used to provide puzzle gameplay, display selected images, and maintain any saved progress or preferences. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share information stored locally by the app. The app does not integrate advertising, analytics, tracking, account, or photo-upload services.
Your operating system, device backup provider, or app store may independently process information under its own privacy policy. For example, your device settings may allow app data to be included in a device or cloud backup. We do not operate those services or receive your app data from them.
Locally saved app information remains on your device until it is removed. You can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or, where supported by your operating system, clearing the app's storage through device settings.
Uninstalling the app does not delete original photos from your photo library. Copies included in device or cloud backups may remain until you remove them using your backup provider's controls. Restoring a backup may restore saved app data.
We do not maintain a server-side copy of your locally stored app information, so we cannot access or delete that information remotely.
The app relies on your device's security and storage protections for locally saved information. Keep your device and operating system updated and use appropriate device access controls. No method of storage can guarantee absolute security.
The app does not collect personal information from children through accounts, advertising, analytics, or photo uploads. Photos used for puzzles are processed locally as described above.
Parents and guardians can manage photo permissions, device access, and backups using their device settings. If you have a concern about a child's privacy when using the app, contact us at gyaaufau@gmail.com.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and retain correspondence only as needed to handle it. Your email provider may also process the message under its own privacy policy.
Please avoid including sensitive information or personal photos unless necessary for your inquiry.
