LepasJudol: Stop Gamble Addictive
# Privacy Policy
- App: LepasJudol: Stop Gamble Addictive
- Developer: Argya Aulia Fauzandika
- Contact: [gyaaufau@gmail.com](mailto:gyaaufau@gmail.com)
- Draft prepared: 4 October 2026
- Effective date: This policy takes effect when it is published.
> Draft for review. This document describes the app behavior visible in its current source code and the Firebase services it uses. Before publishing, confirm why the app stores a raw device identifier, check the Firebase project settings, and review applicable local requirements. This draft does not certify compliance with every privacy law.
## Who this policy covers
This policy covers LepasJudol: Stop Gamble Addictive ("LepasJudol" or "the app"), developed by Argya Aulia Fauzandika ("we," "us," or "our"). The app is intended for adults and is not designed for children. This policy is written for users in any country; privacy rights and requirements may depend on where you live.
## Information the app handles
The app creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account. Its account flow does not ask for your name, email address, or password. It uses the account's Firebase user identifier to associate app records.
The app stores the following information in Firebase Cloud Firestore:
- Profile and streak information: a generated alias, the current streak start time, best streak duration, relapse count, and record creation and update times.
- Device record: a raw platform device identifier (Android ID on Android or identifier for vendor on iOS), the identifier source, platform, device model, app version and build number, and the time the record was captured.
- Leaderboard information: your generated alias, current streak start time, best streak duration, and update time. These leaderboard fields are shown to other app users. The app does not display the raw device identifier on the leaderboard.
Firebase Authentication and Firestore may also process technical information needed to provide and secure their services, such as IP addresses, user-agent or request information, and service identifiers. Firebase describes this processing in its [privacy and security information](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).
The app uses Google Fonts for some text styles. When a font is requested from Google's servers rather than served from a local cache, Google receives the technical information needed to handle that connection. Google's [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) explains Google's handling of information across its services.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.
## Why we use this information
We use the profile and streak information to create your anonymous profile, calculate and display your streak and progress, and operate the leaderboard. The device model is displayed in your profile. The app also stores the device identifier as part of a private device record; the current source does not establish a separate purpose for that identifier, so we will confirm its purpose before publishing this policy. Firebase Authentication and Firestore provide account and cloud database services. Google Fonts supplies the app's font files when they are requested online.
## Information visible to other users
The leaderboard makes your generated alias, current streak start time, and best streak duration visible to other users of the app. Your raw device identifier and device record are not displayed there. Do not choose or share an alias that reveals information you do not want other users to see.
## Service providers and international processing
The app uses Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Firebase states that Authentication runs in U.S. data centers. Firestore may process or store data on Google's global infrastructure; the Firestore location selected for this app's Firebase project has not been confirmed for this draft. Google Fonts may also receive requests when the app fetches fonts online. These services may process information in countries other than the one where you live. See [Firebase's privacy and security information](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) and [Google's Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) for provider details.
## How long information is kept
The app's source code does not set an automatic expiry period for account records. Uninstalling the app does not run the account deletion flow, so it does not by itself delete the Firebase account or its Firestore records.
You can delete your account from Profile → Hapus Akun in the app. The app requires an internet connection, then deletes the account's users, devices, and leaderboard Firestore documents, deletes its Firebase Authentication account, and clears local Firestore persistence. The app's account deletion may be resumed if it is interrupted.
Firebase says it removes Firebase Authentication information from live and backup systems within 180 days after the Firebase customer initiates deletion of the associated user, and that logged Authentication IP addresses are kept for a few weeks. These provider timelines are separate from the app's deletion of its active Firestore records. We have not confirmed a specific Firestore location or provider retention period for this project, so this policy does not promise one.
## Your choices and privacy requests
You may use the in-app account deletion flow at any time. Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at [gyaaufau@gmail.com](mailto:gyaaufau@gmail.com) to make a privacy request.
Accounts are anonymous and are not linked to your email address. To locate or verify an account for a request, we may need information available from your app session or device. An email address by itself may not let us identify the relevant account. Please do not email your raw device identifier unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.
## Children's privacy
LepasJudol is intended for adults and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. We will update the date at the top when we publish a revised version. The current version should be made available wherever the app's privacy policy is published.
